MMC's dive team carried out surveys across 5 bridges on the Isle of Wight for Ringway Island Roads as part of their maintenance and repairs programme.
The diving works comprised of the team checking for scour and mortar wear, checking for any lose blocks, confirming measurements including; bridge structure and channel widths and reporting these back to Ringway Island Roads appointed surveyor, along with clearing vegetation and taking video and still photos of each site.
The works for Ringway Island Roads, required a further 10 bridges and culverts to be inspected, as water depth was not a factor on these sites MMC used its confined space and high ropes team to complete the works.
The MMC dive team carried out and completed the inspection survey works on time and on budget.
