The Directors and workers of MMC Diving Services, proudly pronounce our personal commitment to understand, meet and, when possible, exceed our customer’s requirements through the continuous improvement of our processes and services.
As a team we aim to understand and foresee our clients’ current and future expectations. We achieve this by ensuring that the objectives of MMC Diving Services are linked to customer needs and expectations and that these are communicated to all our workers. We measure customer satisfaction and act on the results, ensuring a balanced approach between satisfying the client’s needs and working in a proactive manner with all interested parties.
MMC Diving Services operate in line with the overall requirements of ISO 9001, and as part of our system scope; the provision of commercial diving, marine civil engineering, confined space and other associated marine based project works and services, we have developed systems to enable it to identify and implement continual improvement and effectiveness of our quality management system, along with the continual development of our services and our commitment to fulfill our legal obligations.
This quality policy provides a framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives. Quality objectives are categorized and are set and reviewed annually to ensure the continual improvement of our quality management system, the suitability of the policy, and the growth of our business.
We will ensure that all MMC workers receive a copy of our quality policy and understand the requirements of our management systems and are fully aware of their duties and responsibilities in ensuring the implementation and maintenance. We will ensure that all workers are adequately trained, hold the required certifications and are competent for the work to which they are assigned.
The overall and final responsibility for Quality Management is that of the Operational Director, who is supported by the QHSE Manager and Business Director. Day to day responsibilities for ensuring this policy is put into practice are delegated to the QHSE Manager and Supervisors.APPROVED BY:
