EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES POLICY
Introduction
MMC Diving Services confirms that it is committed to a policy of equal opportunity for all present and future employees. It is important that good employment practices are operated based on merits, abilities, and potential of individuals and are free from any arbitrary or irrelevant grounds, which cannot be justified by job needs or constraints. This policy covers all areas of employment; recruitment and selection, terms and conditions, promotion, transfer, training, appraisal and selection for redundancy. The aim of this policy is to promote equality of employment opportunities and discouragement of unfair treatment of employees and prospective employees on the grounds of gender, age, marital or civil partnership status, disability, race, colour, nationality, national origin, religion or religious belief, working practice or sexual orientation.
